Everyone Welcome

We all want to connect. So everyday we try to feel some type of connection to others but often end up feeling isolated and alone. This loneliness can then lead to our feeling disconnected and misunderstood.

During this half-day retreat, we will discover how this perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion, for in truth we are all profoundly interconnected. Through understanding this connection a natural sense of closeness and authentic love for others will arise. Through this wisdom passed down from Buddha, we can transform our outlook on life and heal our relationships.

The retreat will be taught by Kadam Angie Kane, Resident Teacher of KMC San Diego. Kadam Angie is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 18 years. A powerful and inspiring teacher, Angie is well-loved for her compassion, wisdom, and clear, practical teachings.
