About Retreat
This retreat is perfect for newcomers and those with experience. The retreat will guide you through meditations known as Lamrim, or Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. Lamrim meditations include all the essential teachings of Buddha and are also a very accessible and practical guide for successful meditation.

Learn how to transform all your daily activities into the path to enlightenment, so that every moment of your life becomes meaningful and enjoyable. This retreat will be led following The New Meditation Handbook by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. A light lunch will be served each guided day and is included in the class fee.
