Each month we explore a new topic from Buddha’s teachings and learn how to practically apply it in our daily lives. No previous experience of meditation is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Is it possible, in such an insecure world, to be free of anxiety? Yes it is. The debilitating stress that often sweeps us up and destroys our enjoyment of life can be faced with calmness and wisdom. Grappling skillfully with life’s challenges is how we learn to live fearlessly. 

Through Buddhist meditation we can uncover the underlying causes of anxiety and learn how to let them go. Through training our mind we learn to approach seemingly fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence and even enjoyment. This form of freedom gives our lives great meaning.
