How we use our mind determines whether we have a happy life or one characterized by stress and dissatisfaction. Our mind creates our experience, moment by moment. Therefore, if we want to improve our experiences at home, in our workplace, and of the world, we need to change our mind. Learn the benefit of simple yet profound meditations to bring positive transformation to your life.
“We could change our home or partner countless times, but until we change our restless, discontented mind we will never find real happiness.” —Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
